Three rooms,
all of them yours for the night.
Saint Morris was built for the long evening, and for groups, we open up. The main dining room turns into a long communal table for celebrations, the canal-side bay seats parties up to twelve, and the back room becomes a fully private space for board dinners, family birthdays, or wedding parties that don't want to leave.
All three rooms share the same parrilla, the same wine list, and the same rule: we don't turn the table.

Our fully private space, closed off from the main dining room. For boardroom dinners, intimate weddings, and confidential conversation.
